Privacy Policy
TradeCheckup is a set of static pre-shipment tools for packaging, weight, risk, and work instructions. SKU, carton, weight, quantity, and constraint values entered into the tools are not stored on TradeCheckup servers.
1. Information We Do Not Store
SKU names, quantities, dimensions, weights, carton settings, constraints, notes, generated PDFs, and imported JSON used in Carton Packing Optimizer or other calculators are not stored on TradeCheckup servers. They are processed in the user’s browser by default.
2. Browser-Side Processing
Loading algorithms, 3D views, JSON import, PDF generation, and calculator results run in the browser. If the browser is closed or inputs are changed, TradeCheckup cannot recover that content from its server because it is not saved there.
3. Technical Information That May Be Processed
To provide the site, CDNs, hosting services, browsers, ad services, and Google Analytics 4 may process technical information such as IP address, user agent, access time, referrer, cookies, or similar identifiers. This is separate from SKU and carton data entered into the tools.
4. Purposes
Purposes are limited to site delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, performance and quality improvement, advertising or analytics measurement, and replying to inquiries that users voluntarily send by email. We aim to state these purposes clearly, as expected under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
5. Third-Party Services and Disclosure
TradeCheckup does not sell tool input data or provide it to third parties. Cloudflare, Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense, and similar third-party services may process technical information under their own terms and policies.
6. Japanese Law Considerations
If an inquiry email or similar communication contains personal information, we handle it within the stated purposes while considering applicable laws, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information. Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion can be made through the contact page.
7. Retention and Deletion
Tool input data is not stored on TradeCheckup servers, so there is no server-side copy for us to delete. Inquiry emails, access logs, and analytics information are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, security, or legal compliance, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
